WWE RAW LD 1/30/2012 - It's Written In His Face

I am reasonably sure that what they were trying to convey there was pity. Which is possibly the most brilliant move they could have made. Kudos, WWE.

I literally expected "John I wish you the best in your future endeavors/YOU'RE FIRED!" Pedigree, big pop end of show.

I was not expecting that

Yeah, nice surprise with him returning. But that pity pat was very interesting.

Well if it was a pity pat or a "Thanks, but no thanks." pat.

So is anyone going to bitch about Taker not talking or is it only not ok for Jericho?

Do you remember the last time Taker ran around, high-5'd the crowd, screamed with excitement, and even took the camera from the cameraman, then didn't speak? Woah, me neither.

Do you remember the last time Taker came out and didn't say a word before tonight? Woah, me too.

Well, that RAW was absolutely fantastic. Two great matches in Punk vs Bryan and Orton vs Ziggler, each getting at least 15 minutes a piece, Jericho running out and starting his feud with Punk, The Return of Taker, John Cena actually being entertaining instead of his same old, same old. I am throughly impressed. Kudos WWE. Let's hope you keep this up on the road to Wrestlemania.

To be fair, Taker rarely talks.

I know, it was a joke
