Ted DiBiase had it coming. Teaming with WWE Champion The Miz to take on No. 1 contender Jerry Lawler and U.S. Champion Daniel Bryan, the arrogant "Fortunate Son" soon felt the sting of defeat when The King pinned his shoulders to the mat.

The Gift That Keeps on Giving

Isn't John Cena generous? Not only did the Cenation Commander-in-Chief give CM Punk a disqualification victory in their bout with a low blow to The Second City Savior, but he was also kind enough to share his steel chair with Punk's New Nexus lackeys after the match.

FWIW The Rock just made a twitter account (yes it is verified) and he just changed his name from Dwayne Johnson to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson on his facebook page. The guest host has to be a huge name. They have been advertising the shit out of it on their homepage (they actually have a countdown to RAW because of it), and like I said in the non spam thread about this, I don't think Vince himsellf would get involved if it wasn't something big.

I'm genuinly excited about this.

It might be Lady Gaga dressed up as a Peacock. Or Cee-Lo Green, and we'd watch as he arrives in an egg beneath the Minitron as "Forget You" Blares on the tron (fuck you is not PG, kids!). Well, that or Brooklyn Brawler. Or that hand that Mae Young gave birth to.

Lots of possibilities to hide the fact that this is supposed to be the Go-Home show for Elimination Chamber, and there's nothing solid-looking in the card since unfortunately, King can't make the show.

I haven't been this excited for Raw in a long time. I've been sick of current wrestling lately, I still watch, but the excitement is missing. The WWE has stepped up their game as of late, if they make the RIGHT choice with the guest host... I'll be the happiest fan ever.

For sure, if they can reveal the identity of the guest host for Wrestlemania 27 and have it end up being someone worthy of all the hype, and then air another vignette for the 2/21/11 and have it be either someone instead of, or in addition to, the Undertaker, it could truly be an excellent episode of RAW.

Unfortunately, I guess the reverse is potentially true, but we can only hope this won't be the case.
