Broli was stopped first by a powered up punch from SSJ Goku and then by a combined Kamehameha from SSJ2 Gohan and SSJ Goten... hardly impressive. Just slightly more powerful than Perfect Cell.

Super Buu not only contained Mystic Gohan, Goten, Trunks and Piccolo but had a base power level stronger than Perfect Cell

Broly's main advantage is longevity, the longer and harder he fights in his legendary form, the more powerful he becomes.

The only effective way to kill Majin Buu, is to launch an attack powerful enough at him to destroy all the atoms in his body at once. I don't think Broly has the intellegence to realize that he has to do this before Buu kills him.

No....... Just use the subtitles. the way the Japanese portray the characters is a lot better than the American dubbed version truthfully.

The Death Note movie is live action and I'll be watching it in Japanese. The English dub of it is fantastic, though.

Even if Broli was to realise that he needs to atomise Buu, without allies he would never be given the time to conjure up a powerful enough attack if he was even capable of doing so

If he knows your name, boom, you're dead in a few seconds via heart attack after he writes it into the DeathNote. If he doesn't know your name, he can find it by manipulating someone close to you because he happens to be a super-fucking-genius.

Broly may be able to take a Kamehameha point blank and be OK, but he can't survive a lethal heart attack.

I think Light and Broly are in different classes.

Seriously, if Iron Man is in the same class as Light and goes over, this tournament sucks.

I don't know about Broly. There wasn't anybody that was close to him. except for his movie that I know of.... Agreed. Cos Light can write his name in his book and BAM!

If Buu was stupid enough to toy with him and draw out the fight, then Broly could possibly become powerful enough to get the job done.

Broly is very much, in essence, like Doomsday. It would be one hell of a tough fight if those two faced off.
