The risks for marijuana are very small. Around 80% of America want to see it legal for medical purposes. What about the risk in legal prescription drugs? Over 100,000 people die from them each year. For a lot of people it is a start to a terrible addictive habit. Way worth of an addiction that you will ever get from just smoking marijuana. All legal prescription drugs have much worse of a risk than medical marijuana They all have terrible side effects. When medical marijuana causes no deaths. When no one in the history of marijuana has died from marijuana. Even legal aspirin kills up to 40,000 a year. I also post links from scientist and doctors but you just ignore what I say.

Now for part two of this dumbass statement. Pot being illegal is not responsible for the deaths of ANYONE. It's not a question of whether it should be legal or not. The fact is that right now, it IS illegal. Therefore, if you are stupid enough to get caught, you're going to go to jail. That's the reality of it all. When you go to prison, whether you die or not is all dependent on what you do. You can lay low and do your time peacefully and get parole. When someone gets 80 years (which I believe you exaggerated greatly) they get a chance to get parole a few years down the line. They don't do the full time unless they kill someone. Now as for the ones that die in prison. First off, I'd like for you to provide a list of names of the ones that have actually died in prison. Now, if anyone of them did die in prison, more than likely they were shanked. Since the first person arrested for marijuana who only had two joints died while in prison and many more. There are medical marijuana patients who go to jail for having pot and die shortly after because they are left without their medicine. What about Richard Flor? If Chris Williams goes to prison you can put him on that list of people. What about all the family dogs that are killed during the drug raids? Those are deaths from marijuana being illegal too.
