There is plenty of medical studies and studies made by scientist about marijuana. There should be more but some far majority of the studies got very good results for marijuana.

We had that opportunity a long time ago not to make marijuana Scheduled 1 drug. After studies showed that marijuana was harmless compared to the other drugs Nixon ignored it and kept it a schedule 1 drug. Same with how you and a lot of other people on here ignore the truth.

With all the studies we have shown there has been more positive results then negatives. As long as these studies don't involve murdering a bunch of monkeys and that marijuana causes brain damage. We have a lot more then just people like me doing these studies. We have scientist,doctors,medical schools that have done studies to show all the benefits. It me nice to do even more studies to prove how marijuana can do great things. When I talk about all the benefits I don’t just make this stuff up. So long as marijuana is illegal federally, almost certainly not. The federal government provides significant research money to public institutions, which can easily be structured to restrict marijuana research. Private institutions are not likely to deal with it so long as the federal picture remains unclear, as it would be a large legal risk for them (and their endowments.)

ADHD is a phony condition, created by drug companies, corrupt doctors, lazy teachers, and extremely selfish parents. People were hyper 50 years ago too, but you know what, instead of being giant *****es about it and relying on zombifying drugs, they dealt with it.

Oh, and by the way, I was "diagnosed" with ADHD long before you were born. I took Ritalin for all of week before my parents, my personal doctor and my parents realized it was all a scam. I never took any ADHD medication ever again and I have forged a successful adult life without the crutch that stupid little shits with lackluster upbringing like you rely on.

So generally speaking possession of marijuana has been decriminalized by 2 states via votes of the people.

Current arguments either way seem a little stale. Good to throw a bone out there to liven things up.

The United States of America was formed after we went to war with 2 other countries, Britain and Native America. The Constitution created the US government, and it basically says the individual can do whatever they want as long as they maintain respect for others in the process, and to a lesser extent maintain respect for the government itself. The constitution limits government power by breaking it up into branches and allowing laws to be added and removed only by voting, voting by the branches of government and by the people.

The idea of morality, right and wrong, good and bad doesn't really apply. As can be clearly seen by us seceding from Britain and kicking Native Americans out of their own county. You do whatever you want, just don't mess with other people (or back then loosly interpreted as 'other white male Americans'). And don't mess with the government, if you are pissed at government you take action proper by voting to change the laws and change who is in charge.

So there it is, rather plain to see in my eyes. Enough people wanted marijuana to be completely legal to possess in small amounts, enough to get government to put it to a vote. The people voted yes. It becomes legal. There is no moral dilemma there, no right or wrong. Just following the founding principles of this country.

The disparity between different laws will play itself out, it is part of the process.

On a side note I don't see the point in bashing mental and behavioral disorders. Whether anyone thinks a disorder is real or fake. Whether or not the disorder actually is real or fake. Whether or not anyone is faking a real disorder.
