Am I confused, you want your last pick of the male draft to be a pick for the manager/woman draft, then you want to have your first pick of the woman/manager draft, which means you would get the first two shots at the woman/managers??? If thats the case, I would have wanted my last pick to been a woman/manager, so I would want to change it, I thought they were being treated as seperate draft, so i didn't pick the woman/manager I wanted.
