Raw LD 7/11/2016: Enjoy It While It Lasts

Vince: "No one is aware of my decision. Not even Me. I might change my mind."

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Sounds just like Vince and his constant changing of RAW bookin plans. He probably legit doesn't know.

Agreed. Roman had the best shot of the 3 to break through to the next level but WWE just never used him right. Which was strange because they used Seth correctly.

Roman has crazy physical presence, but he has mic skills on he level of Goldberg. How they never thought to give him a manager before strapping the rocket to his back is beyond me.

Vince cancels the entire Brand Split just because. Then he re-smashes the picture of him and Shane before getting crushed by a Million Dollar Mania sign.

That's mostly on them though. If Daniel Bryan were still healthy and around then he'd be at that level. CM Punk too. I think the reality is that none of the Shield members are quite ready to be there yet.

Well, tbf, both Bryan and Punk had the opportunity to work top feuds with the absolute top guys.
The SHIELD guys have always been portrayed like kids when put against the Part-Timers/Top Guys, lMO, so it is no surprise that they don't look at such a level or even close.

WWE tried to portray Roman Reigns as everyone except Roman Reigns. They tried to push and portray him like Cena and it didn't work. Then they tried to push and portray him like Bryan and it didn't work. I saw glimpses of Roman Reigns but it was never consistent.

Roman Reigns existed as Roman Reigns for like 3 weeks, from TLC 2015 to a couple RAWs later, then he went back to being John Cena/ Daniel Bryan and got booed out the building again as a result.

Roman as Brock Lesnar lite probably could have worked. I'm not saying he should have been a Heyman guy, but an Alejandro Aromondo Estrada guy? I could see that working.

If neither John or Brock are the best decision for world champion, then just go with Randy Orton. It's been some time since he's held the title.

Either him or Bray Wyatt. Bray as champion would be really interesting.

Why can't both Reigns and Lesnar work as Brock Lesnar guys, and actually allow some organic animosity to fester between them so that when Brock's contract is up, he can put over Reigns in a feud that doesn't seem forced?

And with a two or three month run of squishes, you could absolutely put Rusev on that level. Dude has a ton of natural charisma, even with the shit storylines he's been given.

I agree, though the night after TLC he got slapped by Steph and kicked in the balls by Vince. Even during that brief moment of clarity they were screwing up.

How about Shinsuke Nakamura as the next Paul Heyman guy? That guy's entrance alone screams Main Event talent, lMO. Only thing that will hold him back is his weakness in speaking English.

The only person Heyman works well with is Lesnar. Everybody else they've ever tried to give him, even Punk, was hot garbage.

I'm saying Estrada because there's family history there. They could just go with the Bloodline as a stable because the Usos could use some mic help.

He's got an accent, but Nakamura is pretty fluent in English.
