He won't be able to reach that potential until after Mania when [and if] Punk has been knocked down a couple of pegs [and if no one else rises to fill that alpha heel role.] Creative won't start testing those waters until then.

That is only on RAW, on SD is another story. Ziggler won't pass Punk, but he can be a solid #2 heel on RAW or even higher on SD.

So don't you think he doesn't get that time because the higher ups aren't all that high on his promo skills? If they were, he's get that time.........but they're not. Shame he didn't learn a few tricks from Amy Schumer.
