I know this is a stretch, but could this possibly be a sign for Ted Dibiase becoming GM or doing something. He said a million dollars, he is the Million Dollar Man. I know he said cash money and I didn't actually think Dibiase would be the GM but I find it hard to believe he's just going to give a mil away every week. I'm probably so far off here though

if theres one thing I know about Vince McMahon, its that he's a very successful business man, so giving away $1 million is just plain stupid and not going to happen...a man doesnt establish a company, and bring in as much as he does by randomly giving away millions of dollars a week.
