Hell, I don't even like when heels say they aren't going to do something an then do it. How aobut just knowing when to shut up? It's the old "Russo swerve" where something is said at the beginning of the night and the opposite is done and it's called a "swerve". I just find it dumb.
I don't mind Angle doing what he did, just don't say you aren't going to do it, and then go ahead and do it. That's the part that bothers me.
