We had some great games in the first week. On paper it looks like we got a few this week as well.

NEvsNYJ
MIAvsMIN
BALvsCIN
NYGvsIND (Night game)

Them look like they will all be great games. I am even interested in the Texans vs the Redskins, after last weeks performance from the Texans I think the might have gotten their shit together. Only time will tell.
I don't expect Foster to rush for 231 yrds. again, but he should be a key factor in todays game. It will be interesting to see if the Skins blitz like crazy, the way they did last week vs Dallas.

Look! Its another ref trying to steal a victory from the Lions,we don't get that many as it is. Today is a battle of the backups, when the Lions take on the Eagles. Lions need to forget about last week and not let that get into their heads.

I hope everyone enjoys the great football action we get today,I know I will.

...I almost forgot...

...What's a NFL LD without the cheerleaders. I hate the Cowboys, but good lord they got some fine ass girls in Texas.

The Niners aren't shocking anyone with Alex Smith as their QB.

I'm expecting another mediocre game from Dennis today. Can't wait.

Awesome, I'll actually be able to watch the Lions in one of their probably 3 non-blacked out games. Granted, I am going to at least 3 others, but two of them should get sold out (Thanksgiving & vs. GB the week after). Shaun Hill has been able to win as a starter, and hopefully our D keeps the effort they had last week and our offense can find a groove. They looked good the last, oh, minute or so of the game, hopefully they use the shitty incompletion call as motivation.

At least, I hope they do.

Great line-up of games for our locals today.

At Noon we have Minny vs. Miami (huge fan of Brett Favre and Ricky Williams) and Chicago vs. Dallas (boy I hope DA BEARS destroy those assholes). And at three we have the Jets vs. Patriots, which is the game I've looked most forward to this week besides the Saints game. And of course tonight we have the Manning Bowl.

So, yeah... great, great, great day of football. I don't think I'll be here much for the LD, however.

Al Davis will NEVA die.
There are 2 certainties in life. Death and taxes. Al Davis will eventually die. I always thought the same thing bout Steinbrenner, and we all know how that one ended up.

Anyway, I just now found out that the Jets/Pats play at 4. I thought they played at 1. Not that it changes anything, I'm still going to the bar in 15 minutes. Except now I might be able to break out my Ocho jersey again while I watch the Ravens lose to the Bengals.

In my viewing area the one o' clock games are Green Bay at Buffalo and Philadelphia at Detroit.

Buffalo Bills are my team and Detroit is my home team, so looks like I'm flipping back and forth.
