I reaaalllyyy need to stop looking for places in NJ. Just did some recon, and found a perfect place for me, 50 miles south of you, 25 east of Philly, 30 west of the beach, 75 south of NYC. fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucccckk.

these next three weeks need to pass by fast, and I need to get fucking approved.
