I never really got the whole mentoring thing until the beginning of this year.

All of a sudden I now have about 10 students hanging on my every word, even in matters not involving my subject or when I clearly know nothing. The feeling of power is most gratifying.

And I am not talking solely of 18-19 year old students either. A couple of them make D-Man look like a whippersnapper

Uh. never, ever, ever. If I ever do bring one around, she will be absolute top shelf. You guys are like, as close to family that I have. I wouldnt bring someone around unless I felt they were for real, and up to standard

However, in addition to that, im a drill sergeant for the Honor Guard.

So I have my 22 kiddos I train and teach there, and the guys who are my subordinates at the job we shall not speak of.
