It wouldn't be so bad if they actually put interesting stuff on there, but they don't. Most of the three hours is filled with filler matches that belong on Main Event or Superstars. Take them off RAW, give us good matches, short promo's and you won't run over and leave the main event with no viewers and a shortened time limit.
