But if he hasn't, and plans on still wrestling, why the fuck would he be throwing a bitchfit about his name? What good is his name in a company which will pay him in horse feed?

I know you're a big ROH fan and a huge "anyone who's not on top" mark, but just stop and use your head for a second. It would be completely stupid to leave WWE over his name, and go anywhere other than TNA. It would make no sense, since he would never be able to make any money off of his name anyways.

Some things are more important to individuals than money Sly. And CM Punk, very clearly, is a man who cares more about his personal principles (straight edge for example) than he does about money. I'd bet good money that Punk would happily sit at home on his ass doing nothing for the next few years than ever swallow his pride, go back on his word, and sign with TNA.

How about the fact they just sold out to the Sinclair group? Why in the world would a company sell out if they weren't failing? Why put your destiny in the hands of someone else if you're successful?

...What? That's absolutely, positively 100% false. Successful and profitable companies sell themselves constantly. Are you not familiar at all with the business world?
