To grow the company. Selling to Sinclair gave the company an opportunity to be the only wrestling company on broadcast TV and have ownership with an increased ability to invest in production. They just ran their most successful show ever 2 weeks ago, they are far from failing.

Any DVDs they want to use him in, the T-shirts that will go on clearance when he leaves, etc.
