Like someone said before, The Ascension lost to Kalisto in NXT and hasn't recovered yet. Del Rio isn't gonna recover from this either

The Ascension bombed because their gimmick was tweaked and they were made fun of by the commentary team the night they debuted. Plus their booking has been shit. It has nothing to do with Kalisto.

Oh and it was an excellent match.

Del Rio needs to get rid of the foot-stop because a) it's ******ed and b) one of the Usos and now Kallisto have "countered" it with something as simple as not grabbing the ropes so anybody who gets hit with it looks like an idiot

I wish he would go back to his original finisher.

They bombed because they couldn't shoot a promo... don't kid yourself. Someone earlier mentioned that Darren Young wasn't entertaining in promos or on the mic, but he was a LOT better than both of them.

Also, Del Rio will probably be fine but it was just a fun joke to mention lol.

I liked Del Rio's promo today... he did a good job mentioning Cena's injury and how long he will be out, taking credit for it, then trashing Kalisto. Didn't seem boring at all to me.

The Ascension was never going to work on the main roster. They're only effective when they're squashing the shit out of their opponents. I think they'd be in over their heads even in the current NXT. There's a pile of good teams down there now, and they can't be getting squashed by cartoon characters.
