WWE Elimination Chamber General Discussion- Keep it All in Here!!!

I personally think that Sheamus needs to be in a match. He won the Royal Rumble so he should be put into a match where he can show his dominance and gain some momentum against whichever champion he will be facing at Wrestlemania. I'm not sure who he could really face, as most of the bigger names are already in the Elimination Chamber matches other than Cena and Kane who have a match of their own. Perhaps have him go over a midcarder. I think that not having him in action would cause WWE to miss out on an opportunity to get Sheamus some momentum going into his Wrestlemania feud because he needs to gather as much support as possible before then.

They don't have to put him in a match, and definitely not in either of the Chamber matches. At the very least Sheamus should be there to give a promo about his victory giving him a world title match at Wrestlemania. An idea would be to have him make his announcement at the end of the PPV. If they did that then they would need to advertise that segment heavily in the PPV commercials this week. Both of the Chamber matches will have ended, they bring out both the WWE and World Heavyweight Champions, then Sheamus and he makes his announcement. They will probably save that for Raw, but it'd be a great way to end the PPV.

We all know Big Show vs. Shaq is in the works for WM and Daniel Bryan is likely to retain the World Title and go into Mania as champion. However the only way I could see Bryan winning is by cheating, so it got me thinking. How about Shaq be at the PPV this Sunday to "visit" and he runs into the Big Show backstage early on in the night and they exchange some words where we see a small dose of heel coming out of Show in the conversation which Shaq doesn't take too kindly to. Then in the Elimination Chamber, it comes down to Bryan and Show as the last two, Show is about to finish off Bryan when Shaq somehow gets into the Chamber, lets say the referees are too busy escorting a hurt Wade Barrett out of the match and they forget to shut the door and Shaq comes out from the crowd and sneaks into the Chamber behind the refs back. Once Shaq is in the Chamber, he knocks out Show somehow before he exits and Daniel Bryan covers Show for the win. Bryan retains, Show vs. Shaq is set up and Show's heel turn slowly begins.

That would be a really cool way to start it off. Because, realisticly without any help it's hard to see Daniel Bryan cleanly beating Big Show so your idea makes sense.

Only other way is to have Shaq show up at Raw and call Big Show out saying "I didn't like the way you talked to me last night, those are fighting words..."

I like where you going with Shaq at EC. Im not sure if they would want to give him 2 paydays (EC and WMXVIII) but its a great way to start that fued. The one time they got in the ring face to face was too long ago now.

Shaq at Elimination Chamber? Why not Shaq in the elimination chamber? :wtf:

No, in all seriousness, I imagine it going down like it did with Floyd Mayweather. Show is probably going to go heel in the next couple of weeks, then Shaq will, "pay Raw a visit," and while he hits the ring, Show comes out and tells him off. A challenge is issued, a gimmick match is set, and money is made at WrestleMania.

These types of matches are great for the Big Show. They keep him relevant, they put him on the poster, and they require very little build up. All Big Show really needs to do is say, "Hey, I've faced the best of pretty much every sport, now I want the best in basketball." Sure, that last part is hyperbole, but Shaq will love that people are saying that in Miami, no less, and it creates credibility. They don't have to do much other than stand in the same ring at the same time to build this match.

I like where you're going with this but I feel that if Shaq interferes he might come across as the heel instead of Show. Here is just a few things I would change...

Why not have Shaq do a dumb segment just to let the crowd know he's in the building. you know like the type of segment a guest host would usually do on RAW. Then later on have Daniel Bryan resort to cheating or have AJ get in the way allowing DB to get the win. Then, a frustrated Show walks backstage and runs into Shaq, who starts talking to Show and then BOOM!.... Show knocks Shaq out mid sentence resulting in an immediate heel turn and an obvious WM match.

I have a theory, it could be really unrealistic. But could the Raw EC match start the PPV and Jericho wins, then during Santino's entrance Jericho then attacks him, takes his place and wins and then holds both titles.

That would kind of fit in with the whole "End of the World as you know it" deal.

Well, I have no clue to be honest. For the first time in a while has something like this stumped me. The only thing I can guess at are the two key elements to this post:

- Stop the show and Game changer

I pull these two out for quite obvious reasons, or at least to me. Stop the show, showstopper. HBK Shawn Michaels is the showstopper. Game changer. The Game Triple H. These are the only two logical things I can pull out of this. I don't know if it is a coicincedense that he used these two terms, or that he has intentionally posted this to get us thinking.

So, my bet is that it has something to do with Triple H and his power. How Michaels fits into this I don't know, but this was posted after Hunter and Shawn had that fight on Raw, so I don't know. But this has got me more interested for the PPV now.

I feel like somehow Big Johnny will become C.O.O. Otunga told Johnny that he had an idea that would make him permanent G.M. of Raw and Smackdown. Maybe the idea involved taking Hunter's job.

Maybe it will be a triple threat at Mania with Hunter, Shawn, and Taker.

Maybe he will announce Taker has shaved his head?

I don't know, and I love that. I'll be tuning in to see what the announcement is.

It's Johnny Ace, so it will be something 'lame' but he classically builds up as something huge. I love it. Don't read too much into it, it won't be anything signifigant.

Show Stopper = HBK
The Game = HHH

Johnny will announce that HBK will be the special referee in the Taker match at Wrestlemania thus persuading HHH to compete - Game Changer (It has changed the Games mind on the match).

I could see johnny just throwing HHH into the match with HBK as the referee. HHH doesn't want it but JL goes behind his back and puts him in it anyways. Or could be something like JL challenging TL to a match where they have a superstar represent them and winner gets control over both brands. I didn't watch but i read that JL and Otunga hinted at getting control of Raw/SD. This could be the beginning to that.
