WWE Backlash 2016 Live Discussion

Kane beat a guy with outside help in a match where anything goes.

It's going to Bray vs. Orton. It may not be Ibushi vs. Wyatt but it's something people want to see.

Yes: the purpose that you want to see it and little more.

Hyping a CWC competitor isn't a good purpose? Well then... Orton vs. Bray was actually the second match I wanted to see the most after this main event.

Do you people pay for your Network account to be content with a PPV match be a Kane vs. Wyatt with no heat and no reason whatsoever? That is an Hardy vs Lashley. It's a SmackDown match on a PPV. Well, then, WWE may very well stay lazy.

If someone who has the Network is suddenly dissatisfied because a replacement match brought on by an injury on a bonus pay per view isn't up to their standards, I'd advise them to cancel their subscription because they're never going to be happy.

To elaborate, it brings a whole new element to a match when the play by play guy doesnt continually say "plants him", "hits him", "slams him" like Cole does.

I love when Mauro actually names moves, and even more so when he elaborates on the history of said move, like he did there with that wheelbarrow facebuster.

A lot of these matches have lacked ring psychology. No one is setting anything up. This match has it. Styles working the neck and legs for his finishers. Dean Ambrose doesn't need psychology. That's kinda his thing.

Still not excusable when you have more than a 100 wrestlers under your payrole. Also, it wasn't an injury on the day. They knew it could've happened.

"Talk about a calf crusher. All the weight is on the back of his knee."

"Talk about crushing his calf."

Outside of that it seems like the announcers are really more interested in watching and enjoying this match than they are just blabbing on about stuff.

Last response (not likely):

This is still stupid. Indeed they do have 100 wrestlers on their payroll and you want them to add another for one match. As said three times before: this is stupid.

It also helps that Ambrose as always been one of the more consistent performers when it comes to selling an injury.

And you're suggesting the replacement be a wrestler who isn't one of those 100+ wrestlers on the payroll.
