Would You Like To See Hulk Hogan Return For One Last Run With The WWE?

Now, I know he's sort of doing his thing with CCW right now, but the guy obviously loves wrestling and has really not tried to ever distance himself from the business... and... it's not like he's really doing anything of much purpose these days. I really feel that, if he got used to the WWE legend schedule (HBK/'Taker's light schedule), he could return to the WWE for maybe a little under a year and put on a few more matches and really help WWE ratings out. I mean, Flair wrestled into his 60's (without stopping either), whereas Hogan is still in his 50's and is still in good shape. Now I'm not saying he should be brought back to win a world title, maybe not even any title at all, but he obviously doesnt need it for a return, and a Hulkamania Reunion Tour would just be awesome. He could have some really cool matches too- Hogan vs Cena, Hogan vs HHH, Hogan vs Undertaker, Hogan vs Batista, Hogan vs ANYBODY just sounds EPIC when you think about it. Question: Can you honestly say that if you Hogan wrestling someone on Raw next Monday night, you wouldnt be glued to the TV and watch the entire segment? You would, and you know it. Now I know he wouldnt put on great/long matches, but really, has he ever? Its just the spectacle of a Hogan match that makes it awesome. He IS wrestling, and with possibly his last shot at doing it, why not have one last hurrah? Would you like to see it happen?

this would be a dream come true....i cant get enough of hogan and WWE needs to realise he has to be a part of Wrestlemania 25 just to give it that magic it needs....ok i hear you hogan haters complaining he cant wrestle, he is slow, old blah blah...same 3-4 moves....well Cena is a 3-4 move wrestler, Steve Austin cant wrestle anymore, Ric Flair is old......bottom line is Cena, Austin, Flair can all STILL DRAW and draw huge....so can HOGAN....bring him in for WRESTLEMANIA Vince...its the right thing to do...he has already stated he would be there if he could.....

With that in mind if they both agree to Hogan at Mania i dont forsee him making anymore than a 1-time appearance bc of CCW etc. I would go nuts to see it though!

Hogan Vs Cena

Hogan Vs Orton

another Hogan Vs HHH

Hogan Vs Undertaker legend match!

another Hogan Vs Micheals

Hogan Vs Kozlov

Hogan Vs Swagger

Hogan Vs Edge

Hogan Vs Jericho (im begging that Hogan will be the "legends" saviour at wrestlemania and fight against Jericho with Flair as referee....you heard it here first if it happens i called it..unless i didnt see or hear someone else write it)

endless possibilities!

If he can come back at the same level that he was when he was around last tiem, absolutely. Most of the time I would say absolutely not, but this is Hulk Hogan. Love him or hate him, if you were at a show and his music came on and the legend himself walked out, you would mark the fuck out. It's not like his shape has to be excellent to pull off a match. It consists of a very simple pattern. One more maybe 3 month run would be fine by me. The pops would be through the roof. Why not?

I personally never EVER liked Hulk Hogan.

I respect what he did for the business, but he was never anything special in the ring for me...

Didn't he already have one last run in from 2002-2006? It annoys me everyone always wants "one more run" from everyone.

How back coming back to form a new stable to teach the Legacy a lesson? A legends stable with the likes of HBK, Taker, HHH and maybe even Flair? Or is it too much like the Millionaires Club/New Blood from Vince Russo's WCW?

Absolutley not. He was the origanator of the 4 move wrestler IMO. And hes finisher never was entertaining to me , not even when i was little and he was big time over i still enjoyed watching brett or rick or the warrior. i think he is a clear example of the right time right push. And to answer klunderbunkers quesion if i was in the house and came out i would either just chill or more likely go get snacks.

i always have liked Hogan, i believe that without him maybe wrestling today wouldnt exist but hes in his 50s and in his prime he was much more emotion than wrestling, so if by comeback you mean to have 1 to 3 return matches billed as one time appearences like RVD does i would absolutely watch but when it comes to a schedule similar to the one Taker has i would not like to see Hogan, i mean he is slow and i personally dont like he s wrestling style, for example to bring back the Hogan of 2002 then maybe but bringing the Hogan from the HBK or Randy Orton Feud who couldnt even move and when the opponent had to do all the work in order to sell the match then i would not like to see Hogan coming back as this type of performances actually hurt his legacy.

Yes of course why not? The guy can produce massive publicity and like him or not, put on a damn good show. Hulk Hogan is just one of those guys that never get's boring, like KB pointed out everybody marks and smark would MTFO and why shouldn't they because Hogan is that type of guy we always want to see. Hogan is arguably the most famous wrestler in the world so the WWE would get massive ratings and media coverage. Why so you think every year or so we hear some kind of rumours about Hogan doing some kind of stint? I'ts because the guy never get's boring to the fans and the WWE makes a lot of cash because of Hogan. So I would definately want to see Hogan come back one last time.

No. Wouldn't like it at all. It's over...let it go. It's a big enough stretch to have Austin come back let alone Hogan. Since the torch was passed to The Rock (Rock vs. Hogan Match). I do think that The Rock owes it to wrestling to do one more match versus whoever they want to pass the torch to again. I would vote Orton even though they would probably use Cena.

It's the strange thing with Hulk Hogan, and I can best sum it up with the infamous Summerslam match he had with Shawn Michaels a few years back.

HBK went totally over the top. He flipped, flew and fell every time Hogan so much as breathed on him. Yet I was going nuts. I was dying for Hogan to pin his shoulders to the mat, as a fan at least, because HBK had become something I didn't want him to be. Hogan was, as he nearly always has done, fighting for the good side, trying to change something. The psychology behind the match was perfect, even if the match itself was not.

This is what Hogan brings to the table. He is the master of making a match mean something. If Hogan is in the ring, you ALWAYS pay attention.

Hogan + WM = HUGE buy-rates. Simple as.

I think one last run for Hogan would inevitably mean one more title run. Why else would he (kayfabe) want to come back? He could say "I'm still the best, and I'm here to prove it". If Vickie's still in charge, get her to make him EARN his way back up, giving SO MANY wrestlers a rub off Hulkamania along the way. People like John Morrison, MVP, Mr. Kennedy etc.

It could end with a title shot vs. retirement, or something similar. Hogan could win the title at a big event, such as WM26, and then retire it. A HUGE tournament would then take place to find the new champion, making new match-ups towards the gold.

Hogan coming in would be HUGE business for WWE, but would benefit them far wider than just another face on the roster if WWE want him to.

I can't think of one reason to bring Hogan back for what must be his 4th or 5th 'one last run'. Talking about the 'dream matches' with Cena etc. is all well and good, but lets be honest, when you think of Hogan vs. Cena you picture the Hulk Hogan from the 80s, in his prime at the top of his (limited) game. You don't picture a 55 year old man who can barely move and looks like he's been soaked in varnish. It's a nice idea on paper, but to be honest, I'd rather see a quality matches at Wrestlemania, and there's no way Hogan can deliver that. You'd probably see a better match if it was a cardboard cutout of Hogan. At least then there's a chance the cutout might put his opponent over.

What's with everyone and Hulk Hogan? 1) His era is LONG OVER! The torch has been passed many, many, MANY years ago. 2) I really dont want to see another old, aging and flabby wrestler in the WWE. I really never knew who the "kiss stealin, wheel dealing" Ric Flair was back in the day since I only started to watch wrestling during the attitude era. All I will truly remember of Flair is an old aging man who really needs to retire! I really dont think I want to see Hogan in the ring, I admit the Rock-Hogan match was "Electrifying" but again his time is done. If Hogan does return to the WWE, it proves that the WWE is still not ready to move on. They put the fate of this franchaise on a young man named John Cena..he's the new "Hogan." We dont need the old one anymore!

Anyone remember the ovation Hogan received the Monday Night Raw after facing The Rock at Wrestlemania? If I remember right, the ovation went for almost 20 minutes, the fans did not even let Hogan speak, he cried, I cried, who would not love to see something like that again?

yes it needs to be done one more time and then vince needs to tell hogan to move on. i just got the hogan dvd (i know it came out a few years ago) and it makes me want one more match from him cause i have never watched a live hogan match ive seen them elsewere but not at the time it was happening. he does not need another title run that would be stupid. if austin wont wrestle jericho than hogan needs to. actaully i think it should be hogan facing jericho cause that way they can have jericho win and give him a semi push. but if its austin vs jericho austin has too win .

I don't think that Hogan would get a 20 minute ovation from a WWE crowd today. Yes it was special, and thats exactly why it won't happen again, because it was a special moment, one that i don't think hogan can recreate. He'd spent the entire month before doing everything in his power to make people hate him. The nWo attacked Austin, they ran an 18 wheeler into an ambulancet with The Rock in it, and the people still cheered Hogan. Then he had a great match with The Rock at Wrestlemania, and turned face after. Add in to that the fact Hogan had been absent from a WWF ring for what nearly 8 years, with six of those years spent with the company that tried to run the WWF out of business. It was a unique moment that Hogan will never be able to recreate. As far as I'm concerned Hogan should have announced his retirement right after his win over Triple H at Backlash, gone out on top. Nothing Hogan did after that mattered.

Yeah, I love Hogan, but he shouldn't come back to the WWE for any type of run. If he wants to do a one time shot, I have no problem with that, but to expect a near 60 year old man with the frame that he still carries to be able to do anything week in and week out besides pose is expecting too much.

I love the Hulkster, but his time has come and gone. He's passed the torch many times, and the people that he passed it too simply didn't work out. That's no fault of Hogans. Would I like his last match to be something other then Randy Orton at Summerslam, sure. But Hogan isn't Flair. Flair's career was made by losing to guys, which he did. Hogan's career was beating guys, and you can't have Hogan go over a guy like Cena at this point without damaging Cena.

One more RUN in WWE for Hogan wouldn't be the best idea. Hulk Hogan obviously knows that he was and still is one of WWE's biggest stars and is not afraid to let WWE know how much he feels he is worth. With that being said, WWE would be wasting a lot of money hiring Hulk Hogan in a contract that wouldn't even last too long. I think it would be smarter for WWE to allow Hogan to wrestle sporadic matches, without having to spend so much money offering him a 1-year contract. Also, if he did return for one last run, it would have to be so that he could put over some of the younger stars, but knowing Hogan... that wouldn't happen. He'd probably want another run with the World Championship.

NO.

Ric Flair has more mobility within his body than Hulk Hogan does, and can still run with the best of them. Yet people bitch and moan about Flair sticking around. So why on earth is it now suddenly a great idea for a guy who can't move like Flair, and has quite possibly the same mobility, if not worse, than Piper.. to give him a "last time run" within the company? Are you fucking kidding me?

Here's an idea, let's put Chavo in a Black Tiger mask and parade him around as Eddie who's come back from the grave. That should get about as much pop from me as seeing Hulk Hogan return for another run.

And besides that, Hogan doesn't like putting people over. Why on earth would he want to return with the class of athletes thats in the federation now? He didn't put Orton over at Summerslam a couple years back, nor did he put H.B.K. over at the same show, before that. So why would he suddenly want to put someone else over thats below them?

Hulk Hogan v. John Cena has money written all over it, but it'd be the world's worst, most awful match, ever. Because Hogan can barely move these days. He's not in the same shape he was back in the 90's.

People need to just let this go. Hulk Hogan needs to stay gone, and all the other Legend's and Hall of Famer's need to follow him into that bright sunset.

I just want to see Hogan in a wrestling ring period. Whether that be a match, or a promo, I really hope he can work something out, especially at the very least for Wrestlemania.

of coarse that would be great i mean who would not want to see the GREAST WRESTLER IN THE WORLD PERIOD.IT DONT MATTER IF HE IS 6 OR 60 HE IS STILL AND WILLALWAYS BE THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME

NO WAY NOT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!!! PLEASE STOP WITH THIS!!!!!!!!!!! SICK OF HOGAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why in the world would WWE need a 60 year old man with 10 total moves including taunts who by the way would have final say over if he were to win the match or not?

Any one who is a cena-hater then you would be the biggest hypocrite of life to root for hogan when he is Cena X 100. If you hate cena because he has a 5-move set and held the belt for a year and never loses his matches then understand that Hogan is even worse than that.

I am sick and tired of the Greediest man in wrestling history always getting one last run. IT IS OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OKAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can any wrestler of today credibly lose to a 60-year old.

Jaime noble would be able to whoop hogans ass in a real fight nowadays.

If hogan comes on the TV at WM 25 im making a fridge run because you know he is going to win the match and Im not going to watch a man old enough to be a grandpa beat a 30 something-year old wrestler in the middle of his prime.

I respect Hogan for making the WWE what it is today, but hell no would i want to see him come back. He is boring in the ring, boring on the mic, and has never done anything amazing in the ring. If I was watching RAW and he came out it would be either my piss break or my snack refill time. And if it happened for a few weeks in a row, it would probably turn into my time to change the channel to watch something actually entertaining during that time.

Hell yeah HULKAMANIA LIVES FOREVER! It would never get old and Hogan would draw way more ratings then John Cena or anyone else in wrestling right now. His last match was against Randy Ortan at Summerslam, and he beat him fair in quare, I'd like to see a nice rematch with them since Ortan is at the top of his game now. Would be great for Summerslam this yr!
