Watching The Entire Dragonball Anime

Boy oh boy, did the concept of Super Android 13 make no sense...

Why didn't Gero's super-computer just build him in his super form in the first place, if all it took were a few spares parts from 14 and 15? Was the Red Ribbon Army short on components?

He's the same deal as Cell. Which also seemed to make little sense with the whole absorption plot other than for drama and length.

That movie made more sense than Wrath of the Dragon. If the movie followed the same timeline and Trunks really did get his sword from Tapion, wouldn't the Z Fighters of the past been massively more powerful than the Androids?

At least Cell is slightly more explainable with him being fully organic and needing years to mature. Android 13 was activated days? hours? after 14 and 15 and only needs a couple of extra parts to become Super 13.

Different timelines. Although it does suggest that at some stage in Future Trunks' timeline, despite the Androids defeating all the Z-Fighters, Tapion was released, along with his half of Hirudegarn.

Does anyone else think Bio Broly sucked.

I liked the first two Broly movies but they dropped the ball with the third one, I mean he looks like bloody goo.

I always assumed it was a production mistake to put that clip in the ending credits with future Trunks. They're probably 2 different swords.

The fight scene in Wrath Of The Dragon was pretty cool. As far as I know it's the only time all the Super Saiyans fight one guy at once besides Broly.

I think Broli was mishandled each time he appeared. Despite his immense power, each time his defeats were too straightforward.

This. Very much this.

I remember the ending to the first Broly film being a HUGE letdown.

He was also one of the most one-dimensional idiotic characters that made it seem like the writers went "Welp, we can't have Goku be the Legendary Super Saiyan anymore."

"...Steroids?"

One-dimensional? Certainly. Idiotic? I don't think so.

Goku never fit the mould of the destructive LSSJ. Neither did Vegeta for that matter. Both of them were in control of their Saiyan rage, while Broli was controlled by it.

That made him something different and very dangerous - Kid Buu-esque danger.

The reason I liked Broly was because he was insane, he just blew shit up. Sometimes that's the kind of character you want, not one with a deep backstory, just a bad guy who's bad just because.

As for the way Broly was defeated in the first movie, yeah it was a bit of a letdown. I really wanted Goku and Vegeta to do some cool double team thing to defeat him, not Goku take everyone's energy.

Watching the Cell saga when Tien holds off Semi-Perfect Cell. He uses the Tri-Beam. The hole is perfect square! What's up with that?

Good grief is Piccolo expendable. He gets punctured, loses limbs and even falls to pieces a bunch of times and only dies once early on in the seires.

Piccolo, a planet busting former guardian of Earth and the strongest Namek in history, is reduced to the status of babysitter by the Buu saga.

I LOL'ed first time I saw that.
