1. Fine. Nobody is currently dying in prison for a lowly possession charge.
2. Very few. Of all the people I've known to be arrested for carrying a small amount of pot (and, there are SEVERAL), none have ever done more than a week or two at county. The only way you're going to get a lengthy jail term, is if you are holding enough to warrant an "intent to sell/trafficking" charge.

OK. Here's a reason.
You believe that you are entitled to debate under the terms and conditions you set, and that everyone who responds in a thread that you create or are participating are bound to those same terms and conditions. Much like how you believed you were entitled to be told when you were being released from this section, much like you believe that people have a right not to be brutally colonized by overseas powers (we call that right 'military force' these days), you are just wrong. There are no qualifications to that; you are just plain wrong in expecting that you are entitled to debate how you choose with people on a board you do not control and don't even have a positive reputation on.
You believe that regardless of how you behave, people are still bound to treat each separate post you make as an article independent of its author, when its author is producing several of the same threads, consisting of a moral message and a declaration that everyone who doesn't agree with that moral is wrong, and often, evil.
You are making a mistake in believing that people are attacking your grammar because they cannot attack your argument. This is another incorrect assumption. The time frame you had to make a rational argument and expect people to take you seriously passed long ago, and this section of the board isn't really conducive to that behavior anyways. For some reason I can't puzzle out, you seem to want to stick around these boards, even though everyone here treats you like crap and you've been relegated to a time-out part of the board. People attack your grammar because they have no interest in what you have to say, but are still annoyed by you and want to poke fun at you.
So let's look at this objectively here. You're preaching to an audience which is hostile to your message, in a forum where you aren't going to have that message taken seriously. Let's work off of the assumption that you have to win over this particular message board audience, and aren't going to smarten up and try elsewhere. Which option seems better for attracting a bigger audience: first, repeating the same moralizing behavior which has led us to this point, or second, changing your behavior, stopping all the preaching, and trying to engage on these boards as part of the community, rather than some outside voice of suspect intelligence who has come to tell everyone how they're living wrong?
The question is rhetorical, but I think we can both agree that your methods to this point have failed you completely, and that expecting everyone else to change to suit your argument probably isn't going to happen either.
But seriously, fix your grammar. I don't jump on the grammar attacks, because other people need that low-hanging fruit more than I do, but people will assume, often correctly, that people who don't use grammar correctly are as sloppy in their thoughts as they are in their writing. Use grammar properly and you look smarter.

Well that is the only thing that makes sense now is that the people here are too dumb to care about anything. There is a big difference if I just came her posting assumptions with out any sources or just spread a bunch of lies then it be OK to knock me down. Why knock me down?
