Four contestants, in an all-against-all match that's designed for brutality during the festive season. The concept is simple, to win you must do what many people across the globe do during the festive season: hang the star atop the Christmas Tree. However, this is no Christmas Tree - this is an Xmas Tree; a twelve foot monster with barbwire for tinsel and light bulbs for baubles, fixed in place. Ladders are placed around the ring to help with your task, but don't expect your opponents to. The reward for victory? A shot at the world title, whenever the winner chooses. Mike Adamle appears on the screen, flashing that million-dollar smile that masks his two-dollar brain. Looking down at his clipboard, Adamle addresses the crowd.
"Ladies and gentlemen, it is my honor to announce a brand new Pay Per View event. At this event, we WILL crown a WFW World Heavyweight Champion. That is MY resolution to YOU all. And... uh... in keeping with the New Year's spirit, I've decided name the PPV... NEW YEAR'S REVOLUTION!!!"
*crowd shakes heads and rolls eyes*
"Anyways, New Year's Revolution will feature a brand new match concept, an Adamle Original, if you will. The match will feature six WFW superstars, ALL former World Champions, surrounded by a massive steel structure, or "chamber", weighing TWO tons. Inside of this "chamber", the six wrestlers will fight and "eliminate" each other one by one, with the last man standing being crowned the WFW World Heavyweight Champion!! I call it... Mike Adamle's Chamber O' Doom!!"
From the crowd, we hear one guy yell, "It's called the Elimination Chamber, ya dunce! Eric Bischoff already invented it!!"
"Wait! I've got a better name! I'll just call it... THE ELIMINATION CHAMBER!!"
"YOU'RE AN IDIOT!!"
