I noticed that when watching his matches with Sabu and Raven. So they are concern with RVD when its Abyss who has tacks, shards of glass in his ass and barbed wire has shred his face?

Not a fan of them myself. I caught a CZW match years back where one of the wrestlers cut a vein in his arm so badly the blood was literally squirting out. I couldn't watch. He almost passed out at the end of the match, too – they had to wrap his arm tight in electrical tape to cut off the blood flow.
