Yeah, get this. At the PPV Jeff Hardy won't be in the opening match! They're burying him so much that they'll likely hold him off till the main event. It's called building a segment. If you have the main guy come out and talk at the beginning then what incentive do people have to wait around to listen to the more minor players.

I understand just a tiny bit more about building a show then you seem to think, champ. The main guys *did* come out first. It's Bischoff and Hogan. That's what you don't seem to get about what I'm saying. What irks me about this angle is that it's yet more of Bischoff and Hogan, center stage, with everyone else, including Jeff Hardy (nice, they gave him 90 seconds of mic time) as supporting players.

I am tired of Bischoff and Hogan; the former for about ten years, the latter for about twenty. They do not make me want to watch more TNA to see if they'll get their comeupance; they make me want to see what else is on TV. I went into this hoping that it would be a build around Jeff Hardy and Abyss, but instead, the focus is entirely on Bischoff and Hogan.

Sorry, I recognize shit writing when I see it. Jeff Hardy was supposed to be the big surprise, the big reveal, and instead we're almost through the first segment and haven't even mentioned Hardy yet.

Why does he have to be up front? Because supposedly, as champion, he's the face of the company. Instead, it's pretty clear at this point he was only chosen as champion because no one thought TNA would give him the belt. It's shock for the sake of shock; as has been said, taking a crap in the ring is pretty shocking, but it's not good television.

Ahh, I see. You're one of those people. The kind who think that your personal views directly correlate to an inherent principle of right and wrong. The structure of this show makes perfect sense from a structural sense. You build up an angle to a crescendo, it keeps people interested and adds weight to the final result of the segment. You can not enjoy the structure if it gives you pleasure, but to sit there and call it "wrong" convinces nobody of anything but your own ignorance.

I'm enjoying this. Well over a million people watch week on week. Ergo: it is good television. It's a simple statistical truth. Internet drones can complain all they want, but at the end of the day nobody gives a shit.

It's quite apparent that you're only here to complain. Never understand why your kind watch the thing in the first place, but hay, your call.

I'm going to help you out because I do a lot of public speaking. Jeff FORGOT HIS LINES. I know I know, how do I know? When people jump from topic to topic and it makes no sense seemingly, it's because all the thoughts are muddled in your head. Pretty sure Jeff forgot what he was supposed to say and it kind of butchered it. The attitude was there, but he should probably lay off the pipe before cutting promos. Plus, he should probably lose that jacket.

Hardy was pretty reasonable. Could have dragged it out longer, but they've got a lot to get through tonight so 's all good.

Overall not bad so far. I really don't like Fourtune joining in as that makes what, 13 guys in the team? Their explanation makes perfect sense though so I can forgive that a lot more.

Abyss: not explained yet.

Jarrett: predictable but fine.

Jeff: explanation is about what I expected but delivery could have been better. Better than I expected though.

Overall, Hogan and Bischoff seem to serve absolutely no purpose here though.
