Doc I've downloaded the first 4 episodes of Hellsing Ultimate and after seeing the first 2 episodes I love it.

The Protomen, for the same reason I love Lady Gaga - They're more than just awesome music, they're fucking nuts and showmen.
Glad you like it, seemingly as much as I do. GREAT series, and it just shows that if you want to do vampires, it's possible to do it differently and still rule.

Nice. The Protomen and Megas were in this battle of my favorite but the more I listened to the Protomen and saw their concerts on Youtube the more they won.
I do like the Megas acoustic album. A lot.

Yeah, The Megas' entire acoustic album is amazing. I mean, I love the original versions, but the acoustic versions are just different in a good way. The two albums complement each other perfectly. It was awesome to see them include the acoustic version of You've Sparked A War on the single.

I really really like it and will be looking for their next album whenever they make it.
Awesome man, download Get Acoustic and Sparked A War as well. GA is their acoustic version of GE, and SAW is a teaser for their third album.
Check out The Protomen's two albums, The Protomen and Act II: The Father of Death. The first sounds really scratchy and rough because it takes place in a more dystopian city, whereas the second act takes place in the past and shows how we got to the events in Act 1.
For movies/TV, everything by Hayao Miyazaki. Castle of Cagliostro, Spirited Away, Castle in the Sky, My Neighbor Totoro, etc.
Oh and Black Dynamite, because it's fucking hilarious.
