I have been on the hunt for about an hour now. I know it exist, but I can't seem to find it.

If anyone has some spare time to kill, I would appreciate any additional eyes to help with this search.

Ah, but that's where you're wrong.
Frank Castle isn't a crazy fucker with guns. Frank Castle is a thoughtful, cunning, tactical vigilante that is more then adept at using weapons, and he isn't afraid to cause death, if the situation warrants. Crazy guys don't think. Castle does. Batman has never (to my knowledge) faced anyone with Castles knowledge of strategy and weapons.

You are right about Punisher in Arkham. It would be good for Gotham, as Castle would just destroy all of them, rather easily. That, again, also gives Castle the edge. Castle isn't afraid to cause death, while Batman doesn't necessarily kill.
