This is really none of my business, but I really think people need to calm down. This is just an internet forum- it's not life or death. This is supposed to be fun (and it usually is). Modding is a tough job (I know because I sucked at it, lol) and the people in those positions do what they can.

Becoming a mod or getting demodded doesn't make anybody better than anyone else. You can't be a great poster and still interact with everybody regardless of your status.

For God's sake people: can we just have fun!!??
