If he wasn't going to be part of it then they wouldn't still be bothering with the HHH coming out and threatening him and all. The biggest question mark is Taker. His hip is horrible and he needs surgery. So Reigns might be without a match right now.

Raw last week still left it very up in the air. I believe they have no clue about Rollins. Which is why Rollins said he would be at Mania. Then someone mentioned how Rollins shouldn't call out HHH at Mania. They didn't elude to a match at all. Just an appearance and call out. They aren't putting Rollins in that match at 75-80% healthy. He's a piece for the future. The one thing worse than Rollins not appearing at Mania is Rollins rolling around on the mat in pain because he re-injured himself worse DURING Mania.
