I hate to be that guy, but come on. You just can't come straight from NXT to the main roster and expect a WWE Championship reign.

You have to earn it. Compete in the mid-card for a while. Establish a connection with the fans. Win the IC Title.

Again I'm all for the 'new era' wrestlers to be successful and booked strongly, but they really don't deserve a lot of what they're getting. It's just not interesting, and most casuals simply don't care. Honestly I don't either.

I pretty sure Balor is literally the only NXT alum to jump straight into the world title scene. This hasn't been a rampant problem.
