haha yeah im pretty sure it is, u know ur pro cena point isnt credible when one of the biggest cena fans on the board is disputing it. I really dont get that magazine because half the rankings seem to be kayfabe and the other half seem to be legit.

hey, did you guys hear everyone boo Cena when he returned to RAW. I was laughing my ass off when I heard that? My friend is actually a Cena fan...which is perfectly fine with me...because when we play SVR '08, he always chooses him....which means i get to have my guy kick Cena's ass all over the building. I never liked Stone Cold or the Rock either...but, at least they could entertain me when they spoke. DX used to...before they re-united. But...what do John Cena, Rock & Stone Cold have in common??? Their matches were all the same and predictable. Is the People's Elbow any better than the 5 Knuckle Shuffle....really??? But don't worry...Cena is still number 2 on my list of "Wrestlers who make me change the Channel when I hear their music"...#1 being HHH....which is why I haven't seen a lot of RAW these past few years....it usually centers around one or both of those guys...

Is it just me or do any of you guys think that it was all part of McMahon's plan? Think about it, John Cena gets a minor injury that'll probably keep him out of action for 1-2 months and they make everyone think it'll actually be 8-12 months. Then he comes back when no one expects it, gets a title shot, and recaptures his title(they gave randy orton the title just to hold it until he comes back)plus holds it for one more year.

I suppose he figured Cena wouldn't be able to live up to any kind of hype. Who can blame him, though? Cena needs to go back to Smackdown. That's the target audience that likes him. I can't speak from a ratings standpoint, but that year he was champ was the worst year of RAW i've seen. Part of that was he fought Randy Orton at every single PPV.
If I may cross reference part of Disco's forum where he states recycled storylines are ruining the business...how many times have you seen a champion get hurt, only to come back and say (verbatum) "__________ has something of mine and I want it back. You're holding my championship belt, a belt that you never beat me for." I feel sorry for Cena fans...because they obviously don't remember a time when wrestling was actually cool. John Cena needs to learn from Rowdy Roddy Piper's Wrestlemania 1 argument (or maybe he already has) where he says "the reason it was so successful was NOT because of one, Hulk Hogan...it was because everyone wanted to see Hogan Kick MY ass!" I dont actually hate Cena, i get the feeling he's actually a decent guy but i have a big problem with him as a wrestler, as a champion and what he represents. He is a perfect example of a corporate champion, pushed way way beyond his talents, stripped of anything that made him interesting and packaged to appeal to the lowest common denominator. For 3 years this bullshit has been happening and thats why everyone is so bitter about him. Everyone has a favourite and Cena has been pushed over all of them. Like Michaels? Cena beat him and therefore gains the hate of Michaels fans. Like HHH? *Spits* Cena beat him too. Edge? check! Orton? check! RVD? Umaga? JBL? Everyone else? Check! Check! Fucking check! He's completely undeserving of the position he holds and the WWE's reliance on him is sickening, as perfectly demonstrated at the Rumble. The only thing i dont get, in all of this, is that Cena is the one getting the blame when it's McMahons fault. I almost feel sorry for John some times, he's the one getting the flack when it's McMahon fucking up the WWE.

PWI is such a glaring piece of shit magazine it's ridiculious. Every wrestling magazine usually is. PWI, the same magazine that was so kayfabe that they put WWF Magazine to shame? Please. PWI's Wrestler of the Year award means jack shit, for two big reasons.
First, we're talking about a magazine that has picked fucking Batista as wrestler of the year. That right there should set off some bells to the quality of this magazine. Also, they listed Andre the Giant in their top 5 of all time. Ridiculious. Andre was shit in the ring, shit on the mic, shit on just about everything he did except for drinking and being big.
Second, John Cena held the WWE Title for almost all of this year. Obviously he's going to win Wrestler of the Year.
