But we also usually cite it in quotations, or rearrange the information in such a way that makes it unique to the poster, thus making it not plagiarism. This wasn't a list or a quote, this was an OP designed to create discussion, and I thought it was a little shady to try and pass off word for word someone else's work as their own, especially when a mod spot is on the line.

I can't believe I forgot about The King of Comedy, De Niro's performance is right on par with his Raging Bull performance in that film IMO, one of Scorsese's forgotten gems, and fuck you for reminding me of it because now I feel like a bastard for not mentioning it in my top five Scorsese films.

That film takes dark comedy to a whole new level of absolute delight. God I love that film, your adoration is indeed well placed Coco-san.

Is it strange that I found Sandra Bernhard perversely attractive in that film? Must be my attraction to crazy chicks.

That'd be more my point. Look, it doesn't matter much, really, it's all synopsis. It's a little head scratching, but no head biggie. I'd be more worried about the lack of actual insight.
