I'd go with NoFate over Gelgarin if it were me. Gelgarin, I can't put my finger on it but there's something about him that I don't like when it comes to his posting.

NSL is going to be the MVp of this tournament I feel. There are some other guys that are doing a pretty bang up job so far, but NSL is easily becomming one of my favorites on here. Plus it would probably piss becker off if he was a mod.

Everyone pisses Becker off.

I'd also like to point out that, only 72 hours in, Shadow is once again hittin' the ground runnin!

I'd like NSL if he wasn't a terrible poster.

Seeing as you appear to be the ONLY one who feels this way...care to elaborate, old friend?
Sure. He has terrible posting, at least when it comes to wrestling. His posts are limited in their thought (meaning he rarely considers variables), his interpretations are, at best, shaky, and his overall wrestling knowledge is not strong.

Everyone seems to think he's a good poster because he made a big show about disagreeing with the spam rules after they got relaxed. I included myself in that as well. But, I've debated him a couple of times since then, and I've been thoroughly disappointed every time I've debated him.

He may work hard, but working hard doesn't make you a good poster.

Hard work would make you a good mod though, at least in the traditional (and correct IMO) sense.

I just think NSL doesn't have the right character to be a mod. A bit emotional and sensitive.

He has a willingness to learn, which is more then I could say for most of the people on the forum. You throw a name out there in the tournament, he looks it up. He might not be the most creative person as in making new threads, but if you give him a thread to post in, he'll damn sure post in it. That's what I like to say. Anyone that is as open and willing to learn about guys gets a big plus in my book, and it shows he cares.

Not if he's willing to abide by the rules, and instead applies his own.

We've already seen that once recently.

I won't argue any of that...but that doesn't make him a good poster. And he's not a good poster.

So?? If thats the only knock on him, Id say go forward. I had only been a regular for about 5 months when I first was modded

I could see a chance for NSL, but i'd like to see more leadership from him. There's no doubt he's dedicated enough in my mind though.
