CH David picking Goodfellas. I highly approve of that.

Before you get all giddy, I have a friend of mine you should meet.

Arguable. I would say the fact that Hogan as well as Savage were both quite popular during the period Flair was in WWF hardly makes him the face of the company.

And he sure as hell never were the face of the company during the 2001-> run.

I beg to differ, Flair was the main heel in the company feuding with the likes of Hogan, Savage and the Ultimate warrior/Pefect.

His 2001 run wasn't the greatest.

He ultimatly put Hart over in his first run as WWE champ, granted he had a short run but managed to run with a hell of alot of momentum in his short time there.

You said it yourself. Main heel, when have a heel ever been the top guy in WWF/WWE when it comes to actually being the face of the company, the company poster boy? John isn't a heel, Stone Cold wasn't a heel, Hogan wasn't a heel, Bret wasn't a heel, until 97 when Stone Cold slowly drifted into the picture.

Shawn Michaels before his first stint at retirement with his initial DX run prior to passing the torch to stone cold steve austin in 1997, He even had his own PPV with In your House DX.

Randy Ortan prior to becoming a face and BTW heel personas are still heel no matter if they are cheerd or not.

Stone Cold was still Heel

Rock was still Heel and both where faces of the company in their stints in the WWE.

Just saying Ferb

Shawn wasn't the poster boy of the company. I would say that's more of a dry period between Bret leaving and Austin winning the WWF championship.

Randy Orton wasn't the face of the company, he's not the representing poster boy like John Cena currently is, not was he ever when he was a heel.

Stone Cold was a tweener, and a hugely over one at that. Mostly leaning towards a face in reaction, just like Randy is now.

The Rock wasn't the face of the company with the exception of perhaps during the year that Stone Cold was out, but probably the only exception if anything.
