He would be a great value pick here. Can play a little FB/H-Back and some TE. You know him better than anyone, but I've always thought he was a solid enough blocker and a top notch receiver. I know I'd love him in Minny.

Dwyer is an excellent value pick here for Pitt. Gives them another guy to team with MeMo and Mendenhall. I had Dwyer as a 3rd-4th round guy and to get him here in the 6th is excellent. Good mix of power and speed and he has the hands to carry the rock. Got plenty of carries out there at GTech.

Read up on Joe Webb and it looks like he will be a wild cat type QB or maybe a WR. 4.4 40 time with a 6'3 frame and a 42.5 vert. Seems like an athlete, so we shall see.

Webb is an athlete more than a QB. Developmental prospect but then again, none of the QBs down here impress me. I especially hate that Jonathan Crompton got drafted. Ask any Vol what they think of him as a qb.

Thanks JJ. Seems like what I found is what you know. I'll take him, probably a practice squad kid. I was surprised Crompton got drafted, but it seems like some people feel he could do something. Nothing more than a 3rd stringer in my mind in SD.

I actually think Pike could be better than Claussen. Now granted I'm not high on Claussen, but this kid has great size for a QB and a good arm. Claussen just doesn't wow me. I know people will play the competition card with Pike but who did Claussen play? And when he did play top defenses, what happened? Both played mediocre schedules and I think they both have a chance to compete for the QB spot.

I like Clausen and I really like Tony Pike. Would have loved if Minny would have gotten him. I think both can be solid NFL QB's but obviously that won't happen unless one gets traded haha. Shocky should be happy, Pike is his boy and he got his name called on draft day.

Mickey Shuler, one of my PSU guys. Decent blocker, decent pass catcher. Gives us another weapon at TE, as we only have Shank when it comes to catching the ball. Kleinsasser isn't much of a pass catcher, nor is Dugan. Not sure if he'll make the team though or if he will be a practice squad guy.

Pats, like always have an excellent draft. I like McCourty. He will be a good special teams player as a rookie and he should develop nicely into a good starting CB for you guys.
