Monday Night Raw - April 29, 2013 LD

A night like tonight is the perfect time for a European crowd.

Yeah Rock your movie is #1 because nothing else worth a damn is out. Just wait until Iron Man 3 and Hangover 3 come out then we'll talk.

If they sucked off Steve Austin for his non-wrestling related activities as much as they do Rock, maybe we actually would see Stone Cold at things like RAW1000, WrestleMania, fucking on WWE in general.

Iron Man 3 is already out, it was over seas live last week, so its online now if you're interested... its not as good as the other two Iron Man movies. (Just saying)

Or for her to choose their partner and for Ryback to be, as Jesse Ventura used to put it, "fined and suspended." If it were as easy as just telling the GM "no" and going home, why doesn't everyone who has an unfavorable match up do it?

Well, Ryback has to go home and watch Billy Madison again so he can get another catch phrase from it.

Ugh this is pathetic, Antonio Cesaro who is a pretty good all around wrestler is about to job to Del Rio, who fucking blows in every single way possible. :banghead:

@Hollywood Nightmare I think fast and furious 6 with the Rock will beat hangover 3 so.....I wouldn't knock the Rocks drawing power at the box office. It's pretty impressive over the past few years.

If I remember right he was pissed they haven't mentioned his show Redneck Island at all before.

Seriously i'd rather have Stone Cold around then Rock, Hell why not kiss Edge's ass so he will come around for special Raw's?

@Chrome That's hard to believe considering iron man 2 wasn't that good and iron man 3 is getting rave reviews and people I know who streamed it, love it.

Stone Cold doesn't have The Rock's mainstream appeal. WWE isn't trying to impress wrestling fans.

Well speaking as someone who's actually SEEN the movie I can honestly say, its not as good as Iron Man 1 and Iron Man 2 is better than 3 they are some flashy parts but most of the movie he isn't even in Iron Man armor, and the Mandarin sucks.. literally. Mandarin (how ever you spell it) is really a total let down in this movie.

Where the hell is Christian at and why hasn't he returned yet? He's been cleared to wrestle for months! I'd take him in the title picture over Del Rio and Swagger.

As someone who has also watched Iron 3, I disagree. Tony out of the armor was a fresh change of pace as he had to think on his feet and drew on some of the stuff that made him such a favorite from Iron Man 1. The Mandarin is a divisive one though, as I liked the route they took with him though I also enjoyed my initial impressions as well as a certain fondness for the comic book version.

@Chrome People I know loved the movie and Mandarin. I read a bunch of reviews and they even said his performance was good. But I'm not going to argue with you because everyone has their own personal tastes on movies. I'm going to see it on Friday or Saturday so I'll let you know what I think if I catch you again.

You know things are bad when people are clamoring for Christian. I've been a fan for years, but he'll just blend into the scenery a few weeks after returning.

I don't get why Christian isn't on tv yet either. I understand why he left for TNA the first time. They treat him with no respect. You can't tell me WWE can't find a storyline for him.

I guess different tastes here then because when I see an Iron Man movie I want to see Iron Man not Tony Stark out of costume throughout most of the movie.

But that wasn't as bad as The Mandarin could have been done so much better, :disappointed: I like movies with strong villians and this movie just didn't have that from The Mandarin like it could have been :( but hey if you enjoyed it then more power to ya :) Just giving my opinion.

I always thought Christian was a very under rated talent.

Fandango on Raw awesome...oh it's a dance off with Khali....I give up. Time to see what else is on TV.

I hope you enjoy it :) dont think he's like the comic book version though, just making you aware.. otherwise, enjoy.

A Make A Wish segment, a tug-of-war segment, and now a dance-off. It's like I'm having a dream where flashbacks from grade school assemblies, field days, and talent shows are being mixed in with WWE.
