I think people are giving this angle too much thought. It's not like Randy Orton was a legitimate candidate to win the Chamber. It just could not possibly have been in the cards. Besides, you have to consider that it's been painfully obvious for a while the direction WWE is going. I'm sticking to my guns here, and the winner and your new WHC is going to be The Great Khali.
Think about it? With all the attention Ring Ka King is getting in India, this would be the "best move for business." Hell, even after he wins, Khali can cut great shoot promos about how he intends to leave the WWE with the World Title after Wrestlemania. He'll go be the "Punjabi Playboy" somewhere else. (obviously hinting at Ring Ka King!)
Then, you have Sheamus. The Great White. The Great White Knight. He's a delight. And he's gonna take down The Great Khali and terrorism at the same time. Sheamus can reintroduce his wonderful USA gear that he DIDN'T get to use at last year's Wrestlemania. (This shit is practically writing itself.) You know, he could be your typical Irish-born All American-American babyface. The fans would rally behind that.
The smartest thing the WWE has done in the past decade is keep The Great Khali away from the microphone. He's been building up a lot of material, and I know he has it in him to set the world on fire. Hopefully, we get the promos we deserve. And of course, the match we deserve as well.
Just my 2 cents. I thinks pretty plausible Khali and Jericho have been in cahoots all along. Khali was the little girl in the promos. And he has spoken (or will eventually speak).
