austin as ref means santino is getting involved somewhere in this match, which means santinos appearance will be the highlight of this ppv.

Let's go a step further with that, shall we? Austin's the ref, which could lead to Santino appearing. If Santino appears and does his usual rambling, the countdown starts, we see Jericho and he gives his famous line "Shut the hell up!"....I've been waiting for months for someone to say that to Santino and tonight could be the night.
