They do that sometimes, they'll use the Women's title match as a breather type of match (in other words a buffer match so they don't have two big matches back to back, allows the crowd to calm down a bit and catch there breath for WHC match) if that makes any sense

Meh, I don't care where it's at on the card, as long as it's a decent match, it's one of the final three, and a couple years ago they were doing the same thing, where they havbe either the WHC or WWE title match right at the middle of the PPV, no one ever said WWE's booking was incredibly intelligent
