How is it up to Jeff Hardy to attract new talent? That is a job for Hogan, Bischoff, Russo and Dixie Carter (okay, just her money). I think people are doing far too much digging back into Jeff's past on this one. Yeah, his first stint in TNA wasn't as successful as his last stint in WWE, but who cares? Last summer, he was probably, along with the Undertaker, WWE's most over face. I know a lot of you will say that Cena is their top face, but I am not talking about selling merchandise. I am talking about credibility with the fans who are looking for a good show to watch. Jeff has a terrible reputation outside of the ring, but inside, he is dynamite. TNA can easily capitalize on Hardy's current popularity, which is much higher than the first time he left WWE for TNA. I think this is a great aquisition for TNA, the guy is a former WWE Champion. But I also think there could be a downside. If his legal troubles keep him sidelined too long (possible jail sentence), people may lose interest. But don't forget, wrestling fans are suckers for big comebacks. If Jeff Hardy can return from his legal troubles in a somewhat timely fashion, say no more than six months to a year, he can easily be one of the tops guys over there. He and AJ Styles can have some epic matches. He will also have the oppurtunity to work with guys like Kennedy (Anderson, whatever), Angle, The Pope, Wolfe, Daniels, etc. I think this is the first big steal of the new wrestling wars, let's hope it works out (competition always makes both promotions better).
