My guess would be all the times that he's been the top guy when all he would do is hit people with guitars. He's just a boring as hell character but he's been pushed forever. He's never gotten over with a mainstream audience but he keeps getting pushed and the fans reject him.
I just thought it was terrible that during his reign of terror early on in TNA, he refused to put anyone over.
Also, he's been a midcarder masquerading as a main eventer for a long time.
