I can't comment on whether it's ALWAYS for the number one contenders spot, but it is in this case. They said Ultimate X match for the number one contendership for the X Division Title.

Nothing Jack Evans did in that match was illogical. At all. Flip = more force = higher impact on your offensive maneuver = more pain.

I've seen Evans plenty of times before actually. And Evans was putting flips into his selling as well. I have never, in all my years, seen a person throw a midair corkscrew into the selling of a clothesline. The reason is because that makes absolutely no sense.
