IMPACT Wrestling for 08.01.13 is from Wichita, Texas! Who is #August1Warning?

True, but there's a difference between building to a wrestling match and building to an MMA fight, which is why Ortiz would be there, leading to endless talk of their upcoming fight.

I'm fine with it if they spend quite a bit of time on TNA TV in the process. Yes, technically they'd be hyping a different company, but it's not like there's nothing in it for them in the process. They bank on the name value of both Jackson and Ortiz in the interim. Hell, maybe they can even get them both involved in a Lethal Lockdown match at BFG as well?

That's fine, but wrestling hasn't been about wrestling (exclusively) since around 1985. McMahon made it a spectacle. Everyone ran with it. That's how you ended up with Rodman and Malone, Tyson, LT, etc.

I'll admit there's still a chance for Rampage, but so far his involvement with MEM has been anectdotal. And you already admit Mo was a bust. Just saying this Bellator thing hasn't done anything for TNA besides name drops.

MEM look more like The A-Team 2.0 with Rampage walking around in a t-shirt and a chain around his neck. Seriously, get this man in a suit already.

I didn't say Mo was a bust. I said they banked on him too early. Carter mentioned in the Q&A released earlier that they underestimated how long it'd take him to rehab his injury.

@KingMoFH @jman61828 @TNADixie Rampage joining TNA def over shadowed King Mo joining. Rampage is on TV In a storyline where's King Mo?

A. We underestimated how long it would take Mo to recover from the complications he had following surgery. By the time he was cleared to wrestle, he had to start training for his upcoming fights. Rampage will fight a few major PPV events for Bellator, while King Mo is fighting more frequently in the tournaments. Hopefully, Mo will start training again right after his title fight, and we will see him in the ring soon.

Perhaps, but it would seem like the TV time could be better used for building up wrestlers instead of outside celebrities. They're names, but they'r enot exactly Tyson in 98.

Management: "Garrett, you don't look like a wrestler whatsoever. Do some crazy shit with your hair and facial hair or something. Please."

Garett Bischoff is saying "I don't deserve my spot, and I know it, and it pisses you off."

It's what makes him such a good heel you know.

if they made you guys wait all this time for Bob Holly or someone who will effect the week to week quality of TNA in zero way, then its a shame
