Here's the thing, CH David. As people grow up, so does their curiosity. They experiment with alcohol, fully knowing the consequences of what may come of it. Plus, they also experiment with hooking up with people and sex. Besides, I've always viewed alcohol as a means to relax the senses of doing things that you always wanted to do, deep down.

Now, there are exceptions to this rule. Ever seen the 40 Year Old Virgin? When the guys hit the club and look for "drunk chicks", they're well aware that they may be taking advantage of a girl. However, they skipped over the girl that was passed out on the sofa for good reason.

Even though hooking up with a girl while she's drunk may be wrong, as long as she's not on the verge of a blackout or anything, you should be ok to hook up with her. However, if it gets near the point of having sex with her, you need to make a judgment call. You had better make DAMN WELL SURE that she knows what she's doing, otherwise the "r" word might get thrown at you.

So, what I'm trying to say is that it's perfectly ok to hook up with a drunk chick. But you need to use your best judgment, take it while you can get it, and NEVER force the issue of sex unless she's begging YOU for it.
