My job right now is to train new employees on the new computer software. Some of the menus work in conjunction with the old software. We have a guy that's been working here for 15 years who still doesn't know basic functions on the old software because he's just a dumb, ignorant fuck. So when I was teaching him about the new system's menu that works in conjunction with the old system, he played stupid.

Now, I've got enough fucking shit to deal with pertaining to the new system and the last thing I need is for some ignorant fuck to act too lazy to make decisions based on shit he should have known for the past 10 fucking years.

The biggest problem was that my old boss (who I can't stand and who can't stand me) had to step in and look like the hero by mediating the dispute. Now he looked like a million bucks and made me look even more like shit.

So, to sum up, was it justified? Yes.

Should I have done it? No.

Which I tried to do. And I spoke with the idiot since. He and I both know that the manager stepped in the middle of it to both instigate it more and to make himself look like a hero. However, this made me look like a bigger ass hole.
