Read the Forum rules, it is an instant Ban to have Alter account. While it may well be completely innocent we have no way of telling this, so we ban anyone that has more than once account on one IP Address. This has been in force here for the last year and will continue to be. It stops people from abusing the site, and makes the Staff's job much, much easier.
