A certain admin has been abusing his power and banned me.

Why?

For a comment saying "Thats ridiculous and stupid" referring to other people's storyline "ideas." Afterwards, I left my opinion... And I was dead on. (Thread about Vince's "child.")

But still. Its ridiculous, he said I was spamming... I wasn't. He said I was flaming someone. No, I said *you're* involving the whole. So then I tell him that I wasn't, and he says "You clearly were" and when I logged back on- He banned me.

He has zero evidence to support his claims as he deleted all record of the original posting, so I can't even offer that as evidence. This place has gotten uptight since i've been gone, its ridiculous.

I dont need evidence. And this place has been uptight for nearly a year, since I became a Mod Nazi.

Does he deserve to be? Yes.

Will he any time soon? No.

The way he left the company will get him passed over for years to come.

And no, Jake, that wasn't spam. I gave my opinion which is valid and not spam considering its not one sentence, it does make sense and it gives three, even though short, sentences that explain everything you need to know about my opinion.

Regardless if you think that post was spam, whomever banned me on my other account- BenUssR, was completely wrong. He banned me forever, for what... Saying your idea is wrong and providing you with my own? Thats bullshit and if I can get banned for that I don't want to be here... And if I get banned by the time I get back, thats even more bullshit. I haven't done a damn thing wrong and I have been posting here longer than you have Jake. Longer than the whole damn staff- Unless you've been here for about five years... Since im 19 and i've been here since age 12-13.

But whatever, its a forum. I come here to look at what the IWC is brewing up and that is all. I rarely post here anymore, if at all...

I was just looking through the forums looking for some help someplace, and I stumbled onto this. I know I'm not complaining, but I have a question involving complaining. Just outta curiosity, has anyone that cam in here with a complaint left happy? I've never had anything bad to say about the Admins, nor will I as of yet. I see where some people are coming from, but I also see where you guys stand, and you make good points. So with that said, my question again. Has anyone with a complaint actualy gotten their way?

I'd have to look through. But sometimes I know I make mistakes regarding infractions, and so long as your polite about it I'll reverse it. But if you get in touch all flamey then even if the infraction was given wrongly then there's no chance of it being overturned.

I dont know if this is the right place for it but this is a thread for complaints. sorry if it isnt the right place, But my complaint is, is that my post count dropped from i believe it was 148 to 146, I dont ever remember ever getting a warning for spam or flaming so i dont believe they were ever deleted.
