For example the Rumble V Bookie event are you able to bet on two or more wrestler's?

There is a setting that can make that an option, I'll probably let people do it for the actual Rumble Match, but only for that one, the rest will be one bet on one of the people.

It automatically goes into your account. Oh and about the re-load thing, the vBookie has something built in that gives people who have 0 vCash a 100 Re-Load.

How come I have'nt been paid for some of the Rumble bet's I placed? I bet on Cena, Lashley and The Hardyz to win and yet it say's I've won nothing.

Also how come everybody seem's to have won on the actuall Rumble match even peope who voted for Punk seem to have won?

The black bar that run's along near the top of the page. Click on the vBookie section. It's in there somewhere.
