Lee had Scott Norton second, my guys didn't get counted in the vote - hence Shamrock and Genius not making it. Possibly by mistake, possibly as a punishment because I always put a goon at the top.

I do list the names randomly, yes. The reason is simple - lots of people do the same list year on year, so if you don't get idiots like me putting Essa Rios at the top of your list.

Scott Norton is there because I am sick of people voting for fat bastard Vader and so on because they were 'big in Japan'. If that's what you care about, put your money where your mouth is and vote Norton.
