I do such finishes regularly on TEW when I feel too lazy to at least think up something clever.

Fall Counts Anywhere = You can pin anywhere
No Disqualification = You can brawl anywhere, pin still happens in the ring.

I think by WWE's rules, a No Holds Barred match doesn't mean you can't be DQ'd for outside interference.

Techinically, a no holds barred match is a lesser no dq match.

A no holds barred match is exactly that, no hold is banned. So you can use the triangle choke as an example. If you take a foreign object and use it in the match it would still be a dq.
